I think that Sara is saying to believe in yourself and to be confident and brave because everyone has been picked on and bullied and sometimes you are afraid to speak up and be brave to stick up for them selves! People are being to shy and scared to stand up and this song is saying that you can become a leader and you can start to gain confidence and start to have people follow in being a leader and to stand up to bullying and be an individual and to be different in a way you feel good and secure about your appearance and personality.
