Wow, even though this song is OLD but it STILL ROCKS!!! I love it!!! I always love the part when they're singing "Down, down in an earlier round..." The best of all in my opinion! =] |

Well, I don't think this song is about God.. So people, please stop talking about how she's singing for God. This is not Christian Rock... Not one bit of it.
Therefore, she's talking about her lover/boyfriend/husband. Whichever it was, all I know is that she's talking about a boy of hers. |

This is a very, very good song!
I, personally, think it talking about from the perspective of a king and how he sees the Revolutionary War... The Crusade Wars... Basically, he's viewing the perspective of the kings that have been in great wars. I mean, that's just what it means to me. |

This song doesn't have one meaning. It has many depending on the person's P.O.V (point of view). Like, for me, I think it meant that you're getting too full of yourself that you need to cut the crap and keep it on the down low. :) |
