He is telling the audience this song is a contradiction. That if you put aside the tempo and listen to just the words, this song is very sad. He's masking the way he's feeling by putting the sad lyrics behind a happy beat, in turn he skews the way you think of the words, and you end up believing he's ok.

He thinks the world is better off without his life changing music. This could just be blurryface speaking to him (that voice that says stop trying and just do nothing.) Telling him to stay in the room where he was born in and just give up on trying to make the world better.
