He wants her to know that if they leave each other, that he wants her to only ever love him, and know that he only ever loved her. When someone stays true to someone else, it means that they will never fall in love with another.

Maybe his "Aunt Marie" is his only surviving parental figure that he cares about. He wants her to get all of his things together so he can pick out what he is going to wear when they lay him down in his coffin.

Whoever he is talking to is acting like they are listening, even though they really don't care. He is then asking if what he's saying now will mean more to them after he dies (or leaves?), since they never listened to him before that moment.

I think that "move your body when the sunlight dies" means that when it becomes night, that it is time to leave (wherever they are), which also helps determine with the next line means. Everybody hide your body from the scarecrow. In Gerard Way's Killjoy comic books, humans were killed in masses and put into body bags then dumped in the desert. The main character had to actually hide in a body bag in the beginning of the first comic.
So this stanza can be taken to mean to hide when the sun goes down and the enemy shows up
