A girl ran away for an unknown reason from her old lover / friend. They presumably got in a fight and she left. She came back in a tour, or is a tour guide, as she is seen with / leading a group in the video. He thought it couldn't be her, as she moved away. He thought this as deja vu and "thought this can't be true". She moved far away, and possibly to multiple places, according to the last verse.
