Anna finally understands why her sister always shut her out. The first line "Cause for the first time in forever" portrays that she didn't know anything about it before and now she knows. The second line "I finaly understand." conveys to the listeners that she finally understands why they couldn't hang out and why Elsa hid that huge secret from her.
