I've experiments to run
Right before GLaDOS was defeated by Chell, she had started developing a cooperative testing initiative program. This program you see in Portal 2. The program has two cooperative robots that go through tests similar to what Chell did. GLaDOS was running experiments with them to see if she could phase out human testing.
