Writer says that they were not always afraid when the troubles came there were times when they bravely faced the challenges but that was the time when they were young and a young man always has the spark of youth in him. Hes always bold, brave and never backs down from a challenge [referred as waterfalls]. To a young man even a hard time is like playing a game. Writer is pointing that they may not be young now but now that they have each other and they understand each other better they can live happily.

Writer says that since they [humanity] have learned so much from their past and now they are capable of foreseeing such events that troubled them, now they can finally sell their ego, pride, self respect and dignities [clothes]. Because when everybody's the same they understand each other better and live united [referred as "live together" and ultimately "sunshine"]. When the differences are put apart they will no longer need the things [like their prides, ego's, dignities, etc.] that lead them to all those troubles [blizzard's]. The writer wants sunshine I. E. Sunshine for everyone. Note: sunshine also refers to hope.

Writer says that a time will come when they [refering to humanity] when, after going through all those hard times in their lives, they will be wise enough that they wont repeat their mistakes again instead they will learn from those mistakes. Then that golden time will come when they'll see the troubles ahead no matter how tough the circumstances are.

The term "migratory animals" and "changing weather" refers that they've been through many different kinds of situations in their life's constantly changing from one to another like from sadness to happiness, good times to hard times and vice versa.
The writer says that as much as he loves and wants sunshine the more he has been in the shadows. As he previously mentioned that he suggests and (probably) wants happiness [sunshine] for everyone now in these stanzas he is adding a sad part to it that they do want happiness for everyone but still they have been diverting most of the time from their main goal [i. E. Happiness] and had been through many ups and downs.
Since the writer is using the word weather that means he considers sunshine happiness and the rest of the weathers a bad thing.
The writer depicts sadness on that point that they've most spent their lives in situations other than happiness.

Let's say sunshine for everyone
As we know that sun is a symbol of happiness and gratitude for all, especially for kids (because of summer holidays). So the poet says here that he wants sunshine for everyone. This indicates that the poet himself is a very kind-hearted and loving person, as he wants happiness not just for himself but for everyone.
