I've never been
'Til you put me
The other 3 annotations submitted for this line miss its most fundamental interpretation. "flew me to places I never been" is a creative way of describing the unfamiliar/intense "high" she felt when she was with this guy.

Anyone who has ever feel deeply in love would most certainly describe the feeling as a strong high. In this song, the speaker falls in love with the guy that finds her due to his good looks and charm. In addition, his rebellious lifestyle works to stimulate her curiosity (as well as her lust). She embraces all of the new experiences that come with loving this angelic-looking bad boy. In sum, all of these things fuel the increasingly potent "high" of love that she feels.

Analytically, one can infer that this line describes an intense high 1. by the way this interpretation creates juxtaposition with "till you put me down" and 2. how it offers an explanation behind her loud shout at the end of the first quartet of lines in the chorus.

1. When the lines "flew me to places I never been" and "till you put me down" are placed side by side it elicits metaphorical imagery. Imagine the spirit of the speaker being propelled to new heights. Then when a harsh reality begins to set in, her spirit crashes back to the ground (hard). Indeed, this ordeal is far more intense than being put down from a level state. The vast majority of songs about heartbreak describe the pain as a "falling down" or "stumble" to the ground (and the speakers in these songs have to pick themselves up again). The speaker in "I Knew You Were Trouble" is unique: due to the circumstances surrounding her story, she suffers more of a hard slam than a stumble.

2. The speaker shouts in pain after being lifted up to new heights and then suffering a massive plummet back to the cold hard ground.

NOTE: This line has nothing to do with the speaker being wined and dined and actually flown in an airplane 1st class to dubai or some ****.

NOTE: Other annotations have pointed out the theme of new experiences, which is indeed part of this line's meaning, but it is incomplete. If the line simply describes how she was exposed to new things it no longer complements "till you put me down" in any meaningful way. It also fails to explain the origin behind her loud shout.
