Sia is trying to tell us not to run away from our problems. She runs away through drinking and partying, but it doesn't work as seen in,'Sun is up, I'm a mess Gotta get out now, gotta run from this Here comes the shame, here comes the shame'. She wants people to learn from this and not to run away from your problems cause they will just get worse.

This means she doesn't like who she is when she wakes up the morning after partying and drinking her problems away. She wants to stop the drinking and she's ashamed of herself and the drinking didn't help her problems, it made them worse.

In this line,"I'm gonna swing from the chandelier", she is talking about partying like there's no tomorrow through metaphor. This is really ironic because she appears very fragile in other parts of the song.

I believe Sia has and alcohol addiction. I believe she is talking about having a glass or alcohol her side to make it through her conflict as seen in the lines, "I'm holding on for dear life", and in, "keep my glass full till morning light".
