...Here I'm not even sure for first line, but maybe it is talking that there, in America (I'm from South America, so I can say it is true, at least in my country) people tends to have sex, children, so much childrens, sadly they don't care much about then, hopocrisy may be something talking about government that often promises good things but they only bring bad and even, talk shit about another countries not in public, but between themselves, that's hypocrisy.

This part is just like don't feel bad for the things done even if they were awful, the sickness is the feeling, sickness because it was wrong, and something bad, they call it weakness and don't thing too much about stupid things, then next lines tell us to keep the pride up, since supposely we did good, it doesn't matters how much people died, we should be prideful about it.

The entire song in fact is talking about America, first line it is something like someone that comes to the continent and we welcome with, "an ak with a couple magazines" probably means something about the automatic rifle, a weapon, since a long time ago when America was invaded by other people they had firearms and the people here only had things like bow and arrows, spears, etc.
Then, "whose blood it is? dont matter to me" is simply that if they had to kill, they would kill, without caring about it, scatter the ashes over seven seas was a comeback travel, the song is saying that they probably burned the dead people and throw their ashes oven the sea.
