    I think this song may refer to drugs or self harm. Maybe the guy fell in love, then together they started hurting themselves. I think by "today i fell and felt better" he means that he broke down, and gave in to the drugs or the razors, and after doing it all he kinda feels better. This probably has nothing to do with anything, but I do not encourage anyone to have a box of sharp objects laying around, it leads to a lot of problems and harm. Its not a good thing to do, trust me I know, and people will see the scars eventually, so don't think you can hide it forever, throw the razors away! Trust me, 6 years, I know. Ss.
