The Showdown is a Christian Metalcore/Southern Rock band based in Elizabethton, Tennessee. Lyrically, their writing tells of heroism, sojourns and battles of life. As of 2007, they are signed to Mono Vs Stereo Records. They played at the Deep End Stage at Ichthus '06. They are also regulars at Cornerstone Festival.
