Worship in your own way, if god created us in his image then he must have a taste for screamo so rock on tdwp and to all the fans take note from their lyrics and remember your values. Religion is meant to inspire hope and be a source of inner peace not a weapon against those he dont share your beliefs.

All this talk about being a different way ect ect. The watering down of christainity has been going on since christ died. Christ, the early church and followers worshipped on saturday/sabbath, there were those then that cried "different" and "fit it" so now the majority of christiandom worships on sunday. Read and study how the devil deceives the nations and see just how you all have been deceived in this way with even your music.

@palinpreacher - the sound of a band has nothing to do with the message. The lyrics, and even the name of the band itself are metaphors stating that the devil is a deceivingly appealing figure, and their songs are all about that and how humanity has corrupted itself to a point where we don't even know what is right and wrong. This is all messages to the ignorant, and if you don't understand that, then you are one of the same ignorant people that i and this band want to get rid of. Its not a convert or die type thing, its a convert or be subject to self inflicted insanity... And for the record, these guys have shown a disliking to the abuse of sexuality and alchohol that you speak of in their messages that you so blantly disregard as satanic rambling and deception. I am offended by your ignorance.

Plainpreacher, you are completely wrong for so many reasons. Plain and simple. If you are a preacher like your name suggests, i feel sorry for the many people you are leading astray. First off "the devil wears prada" name has an anti-materialistic meaning according to common sense as well as various interviews with the band. To paraphrase what one of the members said: "when you stand before god after you die, he won't care about that cool gucci coat you had. " look up the lyrics to their song "assistant to the regional manager," it's a worship song, and a call to christians who are experiencing hard times and to nonchristians who haven't found christ as well.

Second, the fact that you think "screaming" is of the devil shows how misinformed you are about the antics of the devil. He is a deceiver, sounds cliche right? Heard it a million times right? Think about it. The devil manifests himself if anything within the soft quiet whisper as opposed to the deafening scream. The devil is not the tattooed greasy haired scary guy. The devil is the mild mannered man with a mild mannered attitude who mimics the antics of god. Why do you think we have religions like buddhism? Islam? Mormonism? Those are a result of the devil imitating god and trying to lead mankind astray. You could even argue that some organized sects of christianity bear that same attribute (catholicism). All i'm saying, plainpreacher, is that you should do yourself and possibly others a favor and know what you're talking about. Also beer and porn have absolutely nothing to do with a style of music and the fact that you would say that is completely appalling. Screaming is a style of music just like singing or playing an instrument. Any style of music can be used to worship god especially since (and you should know this) music was originally created by god as a way for mankind to worship him.

Music is a medium like , writting,art, preaching ect. All can be evil or good the medium it self is not evil it is how it is used... If one preacher lies does that mean all are liers, or if some musicians are evil does that mean all musician are evil? You cant put god in a box of traditions... The the form of music is not what makes it evil its the content... Country could be evil rap could be evil rock could be evil jazz anything or it could be good if used that way

To plain preacher.. You say screaming is of the devil? Right...? At my school there are people who worship the devil and are in a screamo band. The difference is that in a 'christian' band they are praising god in their lyrics not satan.. If you read all of the devil wears pradas songs which have you even listened to their songs? Im geussing you havent. Also it seems your a preacher by your name. So im geussing you have a church. Do you have teenagers that werent raised in a church listen to screamo and their parents are atheists and all they hear is how much of a lie and waist god is? Im like the average teenager im 16 and my parents are christians, and ive been in church my whole like. I go to church i listen to christian music. And i try not to cuss or do bad things but everyone isnt perfect so i do them sometimes. But lately i have been questioning who and what is really a christian, is it the people who go out and hit people with bibles saying youll go to hell if you dont repent and go to church and wear a suit and tie, or is it the everyday person who goes to church and just worships god in their pajamas.. Is their a dress code for god?

Also back to tdwp do you have any idea what their band name means? It means the devil may look all cool (prada since it is a nice famous person clothing) but in all reality hes a lying thief trying to steal you away from god... Read the lyrics to the song dogs can grow beards all over.. There is an explanation on what the whole song means..
