    Firstly, I believe the lyricist uses the word "blow" to represent his deep depression because blow is linked to the idea of wind, which could show how all his hopes and dreams have been "blown" away by the wind. Secondly, the use of "no one judges you" really emphasises his child hood trauma of neglection and bullying. He is telling the listener to follow your dreams and let no one bring you down. This creates a sense of sadness in the listener's mind. The word "goo" also supports this as it shows that the 'goo' is holding him back because "goo" is sticky.
