    Going to the doctor, as his life has become unmanageable due to alcohol and drugs. He's taken time out of work and wants a sick note; (alibi) as he is unwilling; unable to change his ways. He then goes to see a 'shaman', who he can swerve and get an opinion that suites his own. He's always going to need to convince the doctor and has to go back to get his sick note; (alibi). He's in belligerent denial of his sickness to alcohol and probably, all out substance misuse. And that's putting it mildly! Gary, hull.
