Sean McGee – My Story lyrics

Look me in my eyes and try to feel my pain
Do you know how it feels to be left out in the rain?
Each and every day there's someone judgin me
Worry bout my life and how I live in these streets

Every day I wake up got a hundred different hatas
Tryin to keep this paper
Stacks look like elevators {elevators}
But no one really wants to hear my story {my story}
That's why I'm all alone, there's no one here for me

{Chorus x2}

I got no place to go
I'm livin on my own
And no really knows
What the hell is goin on
How I feel inside, feelings I try to hide {whoa, ooh}
My daddy don't know and my momma don't care
Don't matter if I'm here, it don't matter if I'm there
So what I'm supposed to do in this cold cruel world

{Chorus x2}

Every day I wake up, got a hundred different hatas,
Tryin to get this paper, stacks look like elevators
But no one really wants to hear my story
That's why I'm all alone, there's no one here for me

Oh, oh, oh, oh
Whoa, oooh
Hatas, elevators
My Story

    I think it's about him struggling and ending up getting kicked out of his parents house and having to take care of himself. His dad didn't know the full story and his mom honestly didn't care. So he lived out on the streets while trying to make money. A lot of people were hating on him for multiple reasons. No matter where he went he couldn't get a break. And that no one wanted to help or even cared to listen. On the inside he's hurting so bad but looking at him on the outside he tries to stay strong.
