The sun has set
I close my eyes
I pretend everything's alright
Drowning in anger from all these lies
I can't pretend everything's alright
Please don't let me fall forever
Can you tell me it's over now?

There's a hate in me
Like some kind of master
I try to save you but I can't
Find the answer
I'm holding on to you
I'll never let go
I need you with me as I enter the shadows

Caught in the darkness
I go blind
Can you help me find my way out?
Nobody hears me, I suffer the silence
Can you tell me it's over now?

There's a hate in me
Like some kind of master
I try to save you but I can't
Find the answer
I'm holding on to you
I'll never let go
I need you with me as I enter the shadows

I'm holding on to you
I'm holding on to you

I, honestly, think this song is similar to the movie, Bolt. Just like the dog in the movie, this person is lost and needs to go back home. The dog Bolt was raised with his owner Penny, and he was on a TV show with her. he thought that he actually was a super dog and had superpowers. When he got lost eventually, he still believed that he had them. In the song, the person seems to not be able to "find his way out" and pretends that everything is alright, even though it's not. In the movie, Bolt is still lost and then meets a cat named Mittens. They don't get along well, and Bolt tells her aggressively that "you need to take me to Penny". Much after, Bolt uses a "power" from the movie but then falls onto a train with Mittens. Mittens holds onto a ledge and she needs help. Bolt tries to save her, and he eventually does as well as himself, but it wasn't the superpowers that helped him, it was just luck. "I need you with me as I enter the shadows" means, to me, "I need you with me as I find out the truth". (the truth that Bolt has no powers) Bolt doesn't know if he wants to use superpowers successfully, or don't use 'em successfully, but still has luck. Soon, he realizes. Then, Mittens is sorry that she has been mean, also. Mittens soon gets trapped in a cage and Bolt comes to rescue her. mittens says "Bolt? You came all this way..for me?" Bolt says yes. Mittens says "You..don't have any superpowers." Bolt says "I know." But he still saves her..with luck.

I LOVE the red , i can't think of one single song that i disliked by them...
    i like the beat.
this song sort of relates to the book "Fallen" by lauren Kate
any how i think this song means that he is trying to save this girl that he really likes from going down the wrong path; he is willing to die for her in order for her going down that wrong path.
