"So shed your skin lets get started" is my favorite line.
To me, it's about two people who are so very much in love. Two people that would, if given the chance, be in each others arms even though they had to say goodbye to one another at the end of the day.
Shed your skin-the idea that you are with that person, the one that you love and trust so deeply, that you could allow yourself to shed all that holds you back from being with this person completely. The idea that you could be yourself, let go of your inhibitions, and actually share that moment because that moment might be the last time you get to see them.
