Whether near or far
I am always yours
Any change in time
We are young again

Lay us down
We're in love (x2)

In these coming years
Many things will change
But the way I feel
Will remain the same

Lay us down
We're in love

The lyrics to this song, were made from Brendon's wedding vows to his wife Sarah. The lyrics to the song, are the vows he said to her on their wedding day. He made it into a song, because he wanted the world to hear how he felt about Sarah, and how much he loves her.

I think this song was probably written around the time Brendon married the person who is now his wife. He probably wrote it about how their relationship will progress now that they're married and the challenges the world will throw at them both. The song is called 'The End of All Things' referring to the fact that something will happen in the 'end', probably referring to when one of them dies but even if he does lose her the way he feels 'will remain the same'. I don't really know if this is right, it's just what I thought...
