When they refer to "halo" and "feathers" they're basically saying that she's a fallen angel (or something of that sort) and her boyfriend or husband has began to sell drugs.
Lying there
With a halo in her hair she cried
There are feathers everywhere
But it's fine

Drug farm entrepreneur
A once innocent girl turned either into a crackwhore or a drug dealer. Either way, it kind of reminds me of Marion (Jennifer Connely) in the movie Requiem for a Dream because she starts doing sexual favors for drugs. At the end of the movie, she's in feetle position with a happy/tortured smirk.
She once had dreams of opening up a shop for her clothing designs, but after a drug deal gone bad, she started paying for drugs with sex.
