The princess in her flowerbed,
Pulled the jungle underground,
Where cherry bombs stain the blackbird's red,
And explosions never make a sound.
Oh comet come down!
Kamikaze over me,
And come alive!
My midnight melody!
Oh comet come down!
My captain on the snowy horse,
He's coming back to take me home,
(He's coming back to take me home!)
He'll find me fighting back the terrible thwarts,
'Cause I'm not afraid to die alone.
Oh comet come down!
Kamikaze over me,

And come alive!
My midnight melody!
Oh comet come down!
Kamikaze over me,
And come alive!
My midnight melody!
Oh comet come down!
Maybe I'll write,
To save my life,
Maybe I'll fly,
The eagle eye!
(Eagle eye, eagle eye, eagle eye, eagle eye, eagle eye, eagle eye, eagle eye)

"the princess", eve, "in her flowerbed",the garden of eden, "pulled the jungle underground", brought sin into the world, "cherry bombs stain the blackbirds red", sin stains us, "explosions never make a sound", most people don't even realize that they are sinning, "my captain on his snowy horse", jesus, "is coming back to take me home", jesus will take him to heaven,

A japanese translation for kamikaze is "god wind" or "divine wind". That is the origin of the purpose of the suicidal bombers in wwii. The line, "the princess in her flower bed" is referring to eve at the beginning of the world. She "pulled the jungle underground" by eating the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. The chorus "oh, comet come down! " is a plea for god to come back and take us home with him. The second verse refers to jesus (god). "my captain on a snowy horse is coming back to tack me home"... This is talking about how jesus is going to return and takes all believers to heaven to be with him forever (revelation 19:11 tells of the rider whose name is faithful and true (jesus) who is seen on a white horse). "he'll find me fightin' back a terrible force cuz i'm not afraid to die alone"... This is adam young's prayer, if you will... He wants to fight off evil and run the good race; fight the good fight (2 timothy 4:7). And because he trusts in jesus as his saviour and deliver, adam is not afraid of dying for his faith. As for the eagle eye reference at the end of the song, i am almost positive that it refers to revelation 4:6-8 which tells of the four creatures with many eyes... The fourth creature is an eagle. :) hope this helps! :)

The kamikaze are actually japanese fighters in wwii, and they committed suicide while in battle. The white horse may mean god. Other than that, i dunno xd

I really have no clue. But when they say my captain on his snowy horse is coming back to take me home... He might mean god...
