In this torture of heartbeats I sat in the loneliest of dreams. Listening to my thoughts of pain slipping down my consciousness, like raindrops down a wet cliffwall. But then I heard something, I've never heard before. There was a feeling of another mans presence , and a voice so loud and clear. As if, there was no other voice and there had never been no other voice. Don't be sad. Don't be afraid. Don't feel pain. You're not alone. (But even though the voice was so loud and clear, as it filled every moment of my being I couldn't understand. For the words had no meaning to me.) In all my life I've felt pain, and loneliness has always been my companion as I've walked down this endless road of existence. My heart exploded one more time and I was force to wake up from my never-ending state of melancholia. Don't be scared. Don't be afraid. I am the life. I am the way. I could no longer resist the power of these words. Words who touched me like no one had ever touched me before. Just like if someone really cared. I searched my soul for words worthy enough but every word I found seemed to small. In my desperation I cried in all the pain I felt inside, hoping for whoever was out there could hear me. Please help me. Please help me. Please help me. There was a moment of complete emptiness and quietness. And then as if someone sighed in relief. My child. My child. Don't be scared. Don't be afraid. I am the life. I am the way.
