It's about a human (nicki) that has been turned into a doll and needs a doctor to fix her and he makes her very special all the boy dolls like her and the bald girl dolls come and try to get the same thing as nicki and i think they strip the guy o.o i love this song can you turn me on :dd

I think it's about a guy that she loves but he just dosen't understand her the way she wants and he turns her on that makes her feel real or alive she says chiropractor because she can feel in her bones that she loves him she dosen't want to die young without him loving her first.

I think this song is about drugs. "turn me on" is drug slang for scoring drugs for you. Basically, she's like begging the dealer for drugs, and she sees him as her hero because she wants them so badly.
This kind of explains the video too, because in the video he is 'building' the robot nicki by feeding her drug addiction. When she is fully addicted she goes out into the world, and the normal people (or police, the doll-looking-people) hate her and the dealer because they don't fit in the society. They eventually rehabilitate/arrest and convince david guetta to turn against nicki, and she realizes this and escapes.
