How when they're drunk they pass out places n no one likes it (first three verses) How it's drug other ppl into it (Juliet loves a beat and the lust it commands, drop the dagger and lather the blood on your hands romeo) How much they love it but in the end it destroies them (main verse and second verse)

The song means, basically... Uh... Some Dude was numbing his sadness of his she-friend leaving with alcohol (most of the song, anyway). "I've really been on a bender and it shows So why don't you blow me a kiss before she goes?" The bender is his drinking problem because of his sadness. And the Romeo and Juliet part? I don't even KNOW.
