Mista was an American R&B group in the mid-1990's from Atlanta, Georgia. Formed and managed by "09 Lives" producer Eric Johnston and former Elektra Entertainment Group A&R director Ian Burke, Mista burst into the music scene in 1996 with their hit "Blackberry Molasses.
