i like the beat and though it does have different meanings, this song is good any way you think of it

while to many it means the obvious, that the world is ending, its open ended, like stated by JimmySmith, it can be about economy, relationship, gambling, drinking, etc. "I think it turned ten o' clock but i don't really know how" can mean that he's been lingering so much on his particular habit that nothing else exists and lost track of time. "say your goodbyes if you've got some one you can say goodbye to", guess it means that when he finally snapped out of it and got his feet on the ground he was all alone, he drove everyone away from him. then he must think, 'o well im screwed, lets see what happnes'

it means thyat the world has come so far and that now it is comming to an end.

all you are terrible. your comments are ruining a good song. the song is a metaphor. you can think it means several things. its open ended. i believe it means that our economy is going down the drain. or that it its about a relationship that you know wont work out but you see how far you go anyway.
