Lauryn Noel Hill (born May 25, 1975) is an eight-time Grammy award winning musician, and record producer. She initially established her reputation as the most visible and vocal member of The Fugees. In autumn 1998 she launched her solo career by releasing The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill and the MTV Unplugged No. 2.0.
