I think that it's like, a girl who people make fun of. No one understands her or what she dreams about. She finds someone who likes her and they fall in love. The line "She said 'I'm sad' somehow without any words." I think means that the person she loves is the only person who can understand her thinking and emotions. "He said, 'I can't, really seem to read you.'" I think means she's changing and her past has changed her, and he doesn't understand exactly what changed her. "When the world is no more." means that even in the worst times she trusts the person and "When the stars all fall down." Means that even when all hope is lost, when all her dreams are gone, she still is clinging on to what she wants, even when she is sad. "I'll ask you to fly away with me." means that she wants the person to stay with her, wherever she goes she wants the person she can trust, when all else fails. "What I feel, what I say, theres such a rift between them." means that even she doesn't really understand why she has so much trouble.

(Spoiler Alert)
For those who don't know, this song was written for the independent made RPG, "To The Moon" (which is amazing, please check it out). It's mostly about a woman with Asperger's Syndrome, and the relationship she has with her husband. In the game, she is dying of cancer and trying to bring comfort to him, but can't find the words to do so due to her lack of social understanding. But regardless, the two love each other deeply, and through that, some part of that rift is crossed.

I think the song means even what you are you me everything because everything is alright means I can be your special your own way and you have whatever happened to you and you can be whatever you want and have everything like even your past you have happiness in your future. Also it means a girl who wants a guide to say was are you to do the hardest times in her life. When the boy says I can't really seem to read you that means he can't really seem to read the past of her but she he can read the future of her. And with all this being said what I'm really trying to make out is that the girl had a very tough past and she's fighting through it come to the future or she meets a man that take that likes all her passed away. And the man is going to wipe all this way and make it better for her but still a few scars in the past. You say is she found she find a guy who understands you're finally and when she meets the guy she's she's relieved that she thousand but you can understand her.

I think it is about a girl who seems no one listens to or people don't take her to be herself. She is trying to be nice but no one wants her. So she sings to someone that even how harsh the world can be, that if she is with that special person everything's alright. "I can't step into the spotlight." She is saying that she can't go out in the open because people will make fun of her. "Why do my words always lose their meaning?" She is saying here that when she talks to people or tries to be social no one takes her seriously. "If you're with me, then everything's alright" But here she is singing to the person she loves saying nothing else matters, if she is with him then everything's alright.
