I'm trying so hard to hold back what I'm feeling for this person, god knows I'm trying because I know from the very start that he's not going to be mine. It's really dangerous because it could ruin everything & everyone around us. How I wish I'm not in this situation right now, how can you fight back the feelings when sometimes you feel that it's oh so right, but I need to come into my senses that it's wrong to fall for you.

It means that she did start to feel something for that person. That she's trying to stop and fight back because she belongs to someone else and he belongs to someone else too. She knows that it is wrong. And the only way to stop it is for them to stop seeing each other. Because her feelings is so strong, she is scared that if the guy feels the same way too then she won't be able to control her feelings for him and eventually gave in.

It means that she's trying her best not to fall for that guy because she's afraid that he might fell in love with her too, which is wrong and dangerous. Dangerous because their situation is complicated. He belongs to someone else, even though it was not mention in the lyrics but I'm just stating the obvious.
Their love for each other might hurt the persons around them so she's trying her best not to fall for him.
