I love this song. When I was like, 8 I used to sing this whole entire album in the car with my aunt. haha. I didn't know what it meant though. But I think we all know what it means now. :]

I think this song is great cause it is telling a girl to like back off it is my mine and when i get older i will say back off that is my man just like Gretchen Wilson even if she does get paid (like the song)

Um...ladyvanessa? That's kind of a distuburing comment(not of IS). Oh, and by the way it's not saying that the guy in the song slept with, "the other woman",or that it has anything to do with her or something that happened to her actually she's probally just siging it because she gets paid to its just saying she's hitting on him and his girlfriend is telling her to stop.(and for the record Gretchen Wilson realy isn't that young)

This song could just as well be called "The Ballad of a Victim of Patriarchal Misogyny." It is really sad to see that a young womyn like Gretchen Wilson still subscribes to this womyn hating way of thinking. It is NOT the fault of "the other woman" that her little boy in a man's body stuck his ugly and pathetic little weenie where it did not belong. The blame for the homewrecking lies entirely with the sexist pig man. Gretchen would be much better off dumping the dumb ass man and hooking up with "the other woman" in what would be a much more satisfying and egalitarian lesbian relationship.
