let me give you some background on this song,

ok, murry (flight of the conchords manager) has a crush on the woman that works on the computers and she is leaving, thus murry feels commpelled to wright her a farewell song, due to the fact he never told her how much he liked her! So he asks Bret and Jermain to help wright it with him but the only lyrics he could think of were: 'I had a Budgie, but it died... I like Pie!' so bret and jermain used their woman charming songrighting skills to make this master peice! so now you can enjoy even if you've never seen the episode! (although i don't really do it justice so watch it)

i think it's a deep meaningful song about girls with blonde hair and long legs. Hence the name "leggie blonde" and if no one else can figure that out then theres something seriously wrong with the world.
