To me, this song sounds like it's about a past relationship she had with a guy who wanted to play the victim. The line " you poor sweet innocent thing you dry your eyes" sounds sarcastic, like oh, poor you, never mind me and my feelings. The song is good to sing and to vent to. Amy Lee is pretty good at writing songs to vent frustrations she has in relationships.
Someone brought pain upon her soul and now she's singing to tell him it doesn't matter anymore. And if he refuses to allow relief she'll teach him what it means to mess with a woman.
