I think its about going insane after you just lost your sybling (in amy's case, her sister) and talking to yourself because you feal as if you can't be yourself with anybody else so you pretend like your completely together and can handle anything when inside your dieing.. And when alone, crying out with bursts of tears... You hope its dream but you soon realize its not and it becomes too much for you too handle and there is no one there to help you because you've been pretending to be somebody else who is so put together and never breaks or falls even when the crapiest crap falls down on you and so your helpless and if you are in a lake of tears you cryed yourself into... Then you drown yourself unincidently and unpurposely.

It's about her little sister when she died and how amy pretended she was fine... So sad. This song always makes me cry.
