    He is making a statement of a question to his girl that she needs to make a decision from the past cause he is ready to do something brand new so he questions her to find out if there moving forward in the relationship. He didn't want to be to late from the other man taking her from him so he ask again is there anything brand new that we will do before the other man sweeps her off her feet and take her away he is in deep thought and question of there future together.
