In the first verse "and then you dream of a world with only windows... " it means basicly that the "dream world" everybody knows who you are, you have no secrets, everybody knows everything there is to know about you, and no privacy.

The second one talks about when your in the darknes, not darkness as depressing or evil like how ronnie usualy ment by night, but when nobody can see you, where you have your secrets and your privacy. Nobody asks you, you dont tell them. "no one to scream at you" means that nobody judges you and says your wrong for who you are.

"we can shake you, make you over we just need some time to shed some light upon your darkness we need your mind" means that if you give them your mind then they will change who you are as a person.

The eyes refers to the judgements people make on you, if you focus on what people think towards you then you will be blind to whats really important to you in your life.

And then you dream again in a world that only you know, inside you - you can hide you, no one can scream at you" means that in a world that you only know who you are, nobody will be able to judge you and you wont change who are.

The chorus means when your in the light, the world can see who you are and then the world would make you conform to be like the rest of the world. The term master of the moon means your the master of your destany. Does anybody dissagree?
