Kk this might sound a little weird but this song is what made me fall in love with the violin. I've been playing the violin since i was five yrs old. One day i listened to the string tribute of scream aim and fire and it had the most beautiful sound i have ever heard in my life... And it was to one of my all time fav songs!! I learned how to play it on the violin and i love it!!!

Im sure this song must mean about world war 1 when they were in the trenches, when they say over the top! It must mean get over the trenches and the guy must be some sort of medic because it says people calling for me. Just a hunch but i think its a right hunch :)

I belive it is about war not from the lyrics but tyed through the feeling played through them. The charcter in the song is a medic in idk wat war
but he truly sees how much death is around him and he spazs and starts killing people. "scream aim fire"
