this song is Medieval scene whereas there was this commoner who fell in love
with a witch, having completely trusted her, she hides a dark secret that she

people to him, which is why he had a personal revenge or grudge on her. Having felt guilty for trusting her, he rallies the townspeople against her,

I think its about a jealous witch, who kiddnaps this dude's chick (the scene is in mideval times) and then he rescues his chick, then the witch made a run for it, and this dude or knight is stalking the witch with revenge on his mind. "close your eyes and let your mind escape into a world of dreams" means that literally close your eyes cause this wont be pretty.
